Refund Policy
Our policies for returns, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks.
1. FTC Cooling-Off Rule
Under the Federal Trade Commission's Cooling-Off Rule (16 CFR §429), you have the right to cancel certain sales transactions within three (3) business days when the sale is made at a location other than the seller's permanent place of business. This rule applies to:
- Sales of $25 or more made in your home or at a temporary location
- Sales initiated through telephone or online solicitation in certain circumstances
For qualifying transactions, you may cancel within three (3) business days for a full refund. To exercise this right, contact us using the information provided below. Please note that online sales generally do not trigger the Cooling-Off Rule, though state-specific cooling-off laws may apply.
2. Prescription Product Returns
Due to safety and regulatory requirements, the following restrictions apply to prescription products:
- Federal and State Law: Once a prescription product has been dispensed and shipped, it cannot be returned for resale or reuse pursuant to state pharmacy board regulations and federal drug safety laws
- No Returns on Opened Products: Prescription medications that have been opened, used, or had their tamper-evident packaging compromised cannot be returned under any circumstances
- Sealed Prescription Products: Unopened, sealed prescription products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery only if the product was shipped in error or is defective. A return must be authorized by our support team prior to shipping
- Compounded Medications: Custom-compounded medications are prepared specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except in cases of dispensing error or product defect
3. Non-Prescription Product Returns
Non-prescription products (e.g., skincare, vitamins, supplements) may be returned under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- A return authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our support team before shipping
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
4. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time as described in our Terms of Service. Refund terms for subscriptions include:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the next billing date will not be charged for the upcoming cycle
- For prescription-based subscriptions, a physician may need to authorize discontinuation before the subscription can be canceled
- Prorated refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods
- Products already shipped prior to cancellation are not eligible for refund (see Prescription Product Returns above)
5. Consultation Fees
Telehealth consultation fees are refundable under the following circumstances:
- If the consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional charge
- If the physician determines that telehealth is not appropriate for your condition during the consultation, the consultation fee will be refunded
- If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- Do not dispose of the damaged product until instructed by our support team
7. Chargeback Policy
We take chargebacks seriously and handle them in accordance with card network rules. Before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, we encourage you to contact our support team to resolve the issue.
- Legitimate Chargebacks: If you have been charged incorrectly, we will promptly issue a refund upon verification
- Friendly Fraud: Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are filed in bad faith
- Account Consequences: Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and reporting to consumer reporting databases
- Dispute Resolution: For unresolved disputes, please refer to the arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service
8. How to Request a Refund or Return

- A support representative will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
